All Round Success at Milton Keynes Business Centre

Capital Enterprise Centres new £8.8 million business centre in Milton Keynes is now over half full and recession beating interest is gaining for office and workshop space. The site is host to office space, workshop space and studios and is already on its way to becoming another successful venture for Captial Enterprise Centres.

Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire (PRWeb UK) 9 July 2009 -- The new £8.8m Milton Keynes Business Centre is now more than half full and interest in the offices studios and workshops there is significantly increasing.

Centre Manager Lynn Patey-Smith says that local businesses are clearly determined to beat the recession and are finding new opportunities for growth. The Milton Keynes Business Centre does not just offer Serviced office space in Milton Keynes to client, it gives you the opportunity to utilise studios and workshops for skilled trade businesses and leisure sports businesses such as Boxing, Karate and Training centres.

She said: "We now have 56 businesses on site trading locally, in the UK or worldwide. Several businesses have recently taken on additional space and many more are really optimistic about future prospects."

"The number of businesses enquiring about space at the Centre has also risen significantly across a wide range of sectors including legal and accountancy services, ICT, medical, marketing, human resources, franchising and distribution."

The Centre's reputation for attracting successful companies was acknowledged by Shadow Chancellor George Osborne in a recent visit when he met several businesses. Mr Osborne said: "I was very impressed by what I saw and the businesses I met."

Milton Keynes North East MP Mark Lancaster has also toured the Milton Keynes Business Centre and highlighted the success of companies based there. The latest visitor was Iain Stewart, the Conservative candidate for the new parliamentary seat of Milton Keynes South. He met several companies that had managers and staff who were prospective constituents.

Iain told businesses that he believes Milton Keynes can be a magnet again for new jobs, new ideas, and new firms.

Lynn Patey-Smith added: "It's good to see so much activity at the Centre and to have visitors highlight the success of the businesses here. There is so much hard work that the companies put into building their businesses and it's great to have that acknowledged in such a positive way."
