On 27 November, AOMi will be contributing to an important round-table discussion hosted by Reform. Reform is an independent, non-party think tank whose mission is to set out a better way to deliver public services and economic prosperity. AOMi has recently partnered with Reform to support their research into better ways to deliver public services.
Commenting about the partnership, Clive Mosley, Public Sector Lead at AOMi UK, said: "AOMi's work in the UK government sector has attracted the attention of Reform because of its commitment to research better ways to deliver public services. This partnership will bring AOMi’s experience in transforming welfare services to the benefit of policy makers in Whitehall and Westminster. We are delighted that we can support this strand of Reform's work".
The round-table event is entitled ‘Managing change in the public sector’ and it aims to provide a forum for debate around the implementation of efficiency reforms and radical transformations in the delivery of public services. Stephen Kelly, the Chief Operating Officer for Government and Director of the Efficiency and Reform Group, has agreed to lead the discussion, which will involve a group of high-level guests from across the public sector, including policymakers, public service leaders and key stakeholders. At this event, AOMi have been asked to present their experience of successful transformation in welfare services.
Attendance is strictly by invitation only. For more information about Reform, please click here.

Reform is an independent, charitable, non-party think tank whose mission is to set out a better way to deliver public services and economic prosperity.
Reform’s aim is to produce research of outstanding quality on the core issues of the economy, health, education and law and order and on the right balance between government and individual; and to communicate it to politicians and opinion formers in all parties and none in order to create a consensus for reform.
We are determinedly independent and strictly non-party in our approach. We believe that there has been policy failure in relation to public services over a period of years under all governments, and we want to persuade all parties that there is a better way. Our non-party approach is reflected in our cross-party Advisory Board.
