Our staff have gone the extra mile to support Make-A-Wish with charity events in 2012
(PRWEB UK) 21 December 2012
Leading water cooler supplier Angel Springs is offering new customers the chance to help a charity at Christmas.
Customers who sign up to Angel Springs this month can get a free gift: or choose to have cash donated to the Make-A-Wish Foundation UK instead.
Those ordering an Angel Springs eco boiler will have the option to receive a Thornton’s I Love Chocolate hamper, worth £30, as a treat. Or, they can choose to give £30 to Make-A-Wish UK.
Customers wanting a water cooler for 2013 can choose between a £20 Love2Shop voucher, or a £20 donation to Make A Wish.
Angel Springs already supports a host of local charities and good causes: through donations and event support, as well as staff giving schemes and fundraisers.
Recently, Angel Springs sales staff tackled Iron Man competitions and the Great North Run to raise funds for Make-A-Wish.
Established in the UK in 1986, the Make-A-Wish UK grants wishes’ for children with life-threatening illnesses – such as visiting Santa in Lapland, a trip to Disneyworld or swimming with dolphins.
John Murphy, commercial director for Angel Springs, explained: “Christmas is the time of giving: and what better way to wish new customers the best for 2013 than with a thank you gift?
“We’ve given customers a choice too: they can get a gift for themselves, or choose to have cash donated to charity on their behalf – so this scheme really provides the best of both giving, and receiving.
“Make-A-Wish UK is a fantastic charity, which works really hard to bring smiles to the faces of children with serious and life-limiting diseases.
“Our staff have gone the extra mile to support Make-A-Wish with charity events in 2012, and we hope new Angel Springs customers choose to help us acknowledge this wonderful cause by opting to donate their gift to the charity this Christmas.”
Angel Springs supplies a wide range of water coolers and boilers suitable for the workplace or office.
The company can supply and install mains-fed water coolers, which run from the mains and provide chilled, filtered drinking water, or a bottle-fed water cooler, filled with natural spring water from local sources.
Eco boilers help save time and energy. They can instantly boil water, far more efficiently than a kettle, so staff save time making hot drinks, and electricity costs on repeated kettle boils throughout the day. With Brita filters and an energy-saving eco mode, these boilers can produce 156 cups of boiling water an hour: enough to quench even the thirstiest workforce.
