Whilst working closely with manufacturing companies over the last 20 years, six key areas have been identified that directly impact on the bottom line. During the course of the next few months these experiences will be shared via a series of articles.

Each release will discuss a particular challenge and briefly shares the experience of the best method to address the issue. The list is not exhaustive, so if an article for a particular challenge is not included, then feel free to contact AIM for future inclusion.
