Digital Sports Group today announced that The PFA profile for the professional footballer Jonjo Shelvey has been been updated. The PFA player profiles provide a unique and unrivalled insight into a professional footballers career with full career stats, news biographies and features.
Jonjo Shelvey is a promising, young and attacking midfielder on the books of Liverpool football club. He has been used in numerous positions this season, mainly in the attacking third.
He made appearances for the Reds in his first season and soon after the start of 2011-12 he was loaned to Blackpool. Jonjo produced some consistent performances for the npower Championship club and scored goals including a hat-trick in the 5-0 win at Leeds United.
He returned to Anfield after two months and made further appearances scoring his first Barclays Premier League goal in May when he netted against Chelsea. He has been a more consistent figure in the Liverpool set up this season however, due to Brendan Rodgers taking charge of The Reds.
