“Honk your horn for Santa” was set up as a light-hearted gesture to help get shoppers in the Manchester area in the Christmas spirit. NCP team members dressed as Father Christmas, held signs and managed to achieve 500 beeps in one day. For each 100 beeps, the company gave away a whole days free parking, meaning 5 lucky customers were able to park their car completely free of charge as they completed their Christmas shopping.
The team at NCP are renowned for placing customer care at the forefront of their principals and are always looking for new ways to increase customer satisfaction. Product Manager at NCP, Matt Thornett, explains their delight at the success of the campaign.
“We know our customers appreciate our personal touch and we wanted to thank them for their loyal support throughout the year. So we thought we thought we’d reward them by giving away free parking. This was just one of a number of events we ran over the festive period and we’re looking forward to thinking up some new ideas for 2013”.
