Positive signs in Duport economic report for Potters Bar

Net company growth in Potters Bar rose to record levels during the third quarter of 2012, according to figures in the latest Duport Business Confidence Report.

Hertfordshire town, Potters Bar saw a rise in net company growth during the third quarter of the year.

Data analysed by company formation specialists Duport.co.uk, shows that the company register increased by 173 during Q3, compared to 41 during the same period in 2011. This figure represents the highest ever net company growth for a third quarter in Potters Bar.

The UK company share of the town also rose from 0.1% to 0.2% during the third quarter, suggesting the local economy may be growing.
