Riding out racehorses in the ice and snow is not a pleasant activity. Tempting as it may be to stay in a warm bed you won't last long in a racehorse training yard if you succumb to the temptation. Keeping up the spirits in those conditions is a challenge.
The staff at Fergal O’Brien’s yard in the heart of the Cotswolds decided to wear their Onesies to add an extra layer of warmth as well as a bit of fun.The range worn was impressive and it didn't frighten the horses.
That provides a challenge for ISL Recruitment, sponsor of the yard. Normally the staff ride out in winter in their warm two piece waterproof jacket and trousers with the ISL Recruitment emblazened on the back and their ISL Recruitment beanie hats to keep their ears warm when not on their horse.
Now there is to be a Fergal O'Brien Racing Onesie sponsored by ISL Recruitment
