For the 12 months ended 30 June 2012 revenue increased by 9.6% to £3.193m (2011: £2.914m). Overall, operating profit for the period fell 0.5% to £0.420m (2011: £0.422m).

We also thought it necessary to continue to invest in our collaborative cloud platform and to drive expansion into new markets, as critical to the long term growth of the Group.’
