American Billiard Company UK Announce Overwhelming Interest to New Product Range at Recent Grand Designs Live Exhibition
Leeds, West Yorkshire (PRWEB UK) 16 October 2013 -- Launching a complete new product range throws up a number of problems, such as storage, distribution, pricing and other very important issues that have to be considered, but none more-so than actually determining the best way to let consumers touch, feel and experience the product.
Such was the dilemma facing Leeds based American Billiard Company having recently taken on the exclusive distribution rights for premium French brand, Rene Pierre.
Company director Mike Hemmins explains; "As a company we are acutely aware of the power of the Internet, and have been since the formation of the company back in 1998. But at the end of the day, we're dealing in very high quality products here and letting the buying public touch, feel and even play on the pool tables and football tables in the range, is a key part of our strategy."
However, finding the best way to get the new range of tables in front of as many people as possible took many weeks of research and planning before the company decided to take up an option to exhibit at Grand Designs Live at the NEC.
Held over four days at the start of October, Grand Designs expands on the popularity of the hit Channel Four series of the same name. American Billiard Company were able to show three items from the range including the Charme combination pool-dining table, the synthetic leather upholstered Gouvernor pool table and the top of the range, solid beech hardwood Competition football table
Within the first hour of the show starting, the company's stand became a hive of activity with intrigued visitors taking turns to view the new product range and get a chance to appreciate the inherent quality of the Rene Pierre brand. Such was the popularity of the items on display that by the lunchtime of the Sunday, the company had completely run out of literature to give to visitors.
With record crowds at the exhibition, and a real buzz generated about the new range, the decision to exhibit at GDL was an overwhelming success for American Billiard Company and Rene Pierre
