Webseam’s Revolutionary Online Website User Testing System Goes to Open Beta
Dublin, Ireland (PRWEB UK) 11 July 2013 -- The Enterprise Ireland backed company, Webseam, has launched an open beta version of a new online service with global potential in the €300 million web-design sector. The eponymously named Webseam is a revolutionary new and easy way to review, track and approve web-site and intranet changes. Microsoft Word users familiar with ‘track changes’ will identify Webseam as a ‘track changes for the web’. The Webseam service has just gone live with an open beta version available through Webseam’s website (http://www.webseam.com). Webseam customers across Europe and the US are testing the system to ensure that it provides the highest quality service with the best possible user experience. The company is now open to a limited number of additional companies joining the beta phase as it gears up for a global commercial launch.
Webseam is a solution for the web-design community and their clients. It will simplify the web site design process by enabling web-designers and their clients to share ideas and make on-screen changes, to web pages, quickly and intuitively, wherever they are. The Webseam system, which is easily accessed over the internet, enables web-designers to manage client interactions more effectively, streamline the client feedback process and get earlier client sign-off on projects thereby delivering projects on time and on budget and with higher levels of customer satisfaction. Web-site owners will see huge benefits in time and budget saved as well as avoiding the frustration that often goes with communicating requirements and changes to web teams.
Charlie Pike, CEO of Webseam, commented: “It's another big milestone for Webseam. Together, we have experience of designing, building and project managing hundreds of web projects for both large and small organisations and the user testing stage of a project has always caused the most problems. These problems cost valuable time and money. In addition, I believe that the limitations of testing as currently practiced ultimately affect the quality of the end product and the satisfaction of the end-customer. These are universal problems in a global sector so there is great value to be unlocked by developing a solution that everyone benefits from.”
Mr Pike added: "We have designed and built Webseam to help the tens of thousands of designers out there to complete web projects in a professional and cost effective way. Our aim is to foster the virtuous circle of happy customers, efficient web-designers and profitable projects and we believe that Webseam will help all those involved in the design process to achieve these goals."
Feedback Software Limited (TA Webseam) is registered in the Republic of Ireland. Webseam was a winner of the Enterprise Ireland Competitive Startup Fund in 2012.
