Cooksongold Tops LJS's Jewellery Making Suppliers List
(PRWEB UK) 5 August 2013 -- Cooksongold has topped a list of the best jewellery making suppliers in the United Kingdom.
The list, entitled ‘Top 10 Jewellery Suppliers’, was put together by London Jewellery School blogger and membership manager Emily Jones, and published on Friday, July 19.
Cooksongold’s entry singled out its Hatton Garden trade counter, which stocks jewellery making essentials like rings, gold chain and findings, and products from bestselling brands like ArtClay and PMC.
It was praised for its wide choice, with Jones stating it “sells pretty much everything your jewellery making heart could desire.
“We are regular customers,” continued Jones. “You might see one of the LJS team in there on your next trip.”
The blog also highlighted the company’s catalogue, and its ‘deal of the week’ website feature.
Cooksongold placed higher in the list than competitors like I-Beads and London Jewellery Supplies.
The London Jewellery School is Europe’s largest centre dedicated to jewellery training. It employs more than 20 jewellery tutors, who are all established industry professionals.
Adam Hunter, eCommerce manager at Cooksongold, said, “We’re absolutely delighted to receive such a ringing endorsement from Emily Jones at the London Jewellery School.
“We take great pride in the fact that we’ve ranked top of a list featuring some strong competition, and it was also brilliant to see our Hatton Garden trade counter get a mention.
“Our Hatton Garden team works really hard to provide London’s jewellery makers with great service, and some of the best products from the most respected brands in the industry.
“If you’re in the area looking for tools or materials, or you want some advice on a jewellery making project, pop in and say hello.”
Cooksongold’s Hatton Garden trade counter is open Monday to Friday, from 9am to 4.30pm. It can be found at 49 Hatton Garden, London, EC1N 8YS.
The company also has a trade counter in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter, and a website where customers can choose from more than 17,000 products like findings, wire, gold chain and sheet.
