Tracer Management Systems Limited announces management buy-out
Birmingham, UK (PRWEB UK) 2 August 2013 -- Founded in 1999 by parent company CTI, the software house specialises in providing Service Management Software to the SMEs within the building service and maintenance industry.
Now that previous shareholder CTI has disposed of 90% of its stake the buy-out is set to provide the software company with greater direction and opportunity for innovation and growth.
The deal, led by Managing Director James Whatmore will also see software architect Yacoob Moolla join the board of directors.
James Whatmore commented: “We have a clear strategy to become the industry standard for service management software by building innovative systems that place the customer and their challenges at the heart of our development process."
The software company has a solid foundation of UK customers thanks to the support of the Carter Group over the years. Whatmore added "The Carter Group provided strong financial backing for the business over the past decade and allowed time for our JobLogic suite product to mature. It's now time to build on that legacy and take the business to new levels of international success."
The Carter Group will be retaining a 10% interest in the company. Group Managing Director John Scott commented "We wish James, Yacoob and all the rest of the team at Tracer every success as they embark upon a new, dynamic and exciting phase of Tracer's Development."
