R. T. Kendall Joins Ministry at Kensington Temple
London (PRWEB UK) 12 September 2013 -- R.T. Kendall will join the ministry team at Kensington Temple in Notting Hill, London, for a 6-month period starting February 2014. During that time he will be a resident minister preaching regularly each month alongside Senior Minister Colin Dye and the rest of the Kensington Temple team.
Colin Dye, Senior Minister of Kensington Temple has been personal friends with R.T. Kendall for many years now, and his frequent visits to Kensington Temple have always been a highlight in church diary.
One of R.T. Kendall’s main roles at Kensington Temple will be teaching at the IBIOL, the International Bible Institute of London, known for its training at the cutting edge of ministry. The IBIOL is the only fully accredited church-based Bible school in the United Kingdom, and it takes students from all over the world.
R.T. Kendall is a prolific, bestselling writer with sixty books in print. He holds a D. Phil. from Oxford University, an A.B and a D.D. from Trevecca Nazarene University. His M.Div. is from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a M.A. from the University of Louisville.
R.T. Kendall was the Senior Minister at Westminster Chapel in London for 25 years. He is married to Louise and they have two children, TR and Melissa who are both now married.
Kensington Temple is a large, international, multi-cultural community of Christians in Notting Hill, London. It is one of the most ethnically diverse and racially integrated churches in the world, and the largest church in its denomination, the Elim Pentecostal Church.
