Public sector compliance tops the agenda at the MTI Forum
Godalming, Surrey (PRWEB UK) 10 February 2014 -- Public sector organisations can gain vital insight on how to secure their Public Sector Network (PSN) at the MTI Forum on Wednesday (February 12).
2013 was a tough year for public sector organisations, as many saw their PSN Code of Connection (CoCo) applications being rejected or found themselves threatened with the termination of their PSN connection. The setbacks not only cost these organisations a significant financial burden, it also directs resources and time away from their core service delivery.
The MTI Forum will deliver an insightful PSN CoCo workshop aimed towards public sector executives on how to avoid similar pains during 2014. TrustedIA’s security specialist Dave Williams, will present the informative session ‘How to achieve a PSN Pass First Time,' providing top tips and secrets to help organisations achieve their PSN CoCo pass the first time.
Ian Parslow, SVP Sales at MTI and keynote speaker at the MTI Forum, said: “PSN compliance was a major headache for many public sector organisations. This will be an unmissable and insightful workshop revealing accreditation secrets and pitfalls to avoid in 2014, as well as tips for success with the PSN CoCo.
“The MTI Forum offers a rich and flexible programme that provides real world insights and examples of real business issues, stimulates industry debate and encourages networking throughout the day.”
The MTI Forum has been designed to provide a platform for industry professionals to ask questions, hear the latest trends and developments in IT, and share real-world experiences with their peers. Alongside experts from MTI will be representatives from its industry leading vendor partners, specialists and consultants. Participants include: Aerohive Networks, Cisco, CyberArk, EMC, ExtraHop Networks Inc., Imperva, Palo Alto Networks, RSA, Trend Micro, MobileIron, TrustedIA, Varonis, WatchGuard Technologies and Websense.
