New Blogger on the Block, The She Movement is taking off...
(PRWEB UK) 3 September 2014 -- Everyone is Blogging these days, it's just so 'normal' but now and again you get a blogger who is just honest and actually quite helpful. The She Movement is just that. Take a look at her (we are assuming it is a her) latest work on Tumblr and decide for yourself - it is definitely a female orientated blog with Womens advice and Travel advice, but well worth a read. Lets hope she keeps it up!

So here is how I get around this and I’m not pretending I’m amazingly fit or stunningly slim but I can run up the stairs without feeling out of breath and I feel comfortable in my own clothes.
Firstly, the best thing these days about having smart phones is the apps that come along with it (again, I’m not talking about ‘how to run a marathon’ app), the 7/10 minute workouts for stretching and toning are ideal. Download one of these and do it once a week – why not hey? I do mine on a Friday as a ‘it’s the weekend tomorrow when I will eat more than I should so…’ the App I use it The 7 Minute Workout"
