Caroline Vernon, Of Counsel at CMS Cameron McKenna LLP, joins Sherrards at the beginning of January as a partner in the private residential real estate team. Caroline has over 15 years’ experience of banking, mixed use developments, portfolio sales & purchases and working with ultra high net worth clients.
As part of Sherrards’ highly successful residential real estate team, Caroline will be advising UK based and international high net worth individuals, developers and financial institutions. Having moved to modern new offices in London and St Albans over the last year and invested in the latest IT systems, Sherrards is growing many of its teams to meet the demands of a very active client base.
Amongst Sherrards’ current residential projects are Principal Tower in the City of London and Berkeley Homes’ developments at Royal Arsenal Riverside and Vista on Chelsea Bridge where they are advising both international and UK based clients on purchasing luxury apartments and penthouses.
