Successful Champagne Reception to Celebrate Private Client Practitioners Top 25 Private Client Trust Companies 2013
London (PRWEB UK) 27 July 2013 -- On 10th June 2013, Wendy Marston Events organised a successful champagne reception for Private Client Practitioner’s Top 25 Trust Companies, with attendance from senior executives from the private client industry.
The aim of the initiative is to identify, recognise, introduce and promote the Top 25 Private Client Trust Companies. PAM Insight surveys approximately 100 private client trust companies and the Top 25 is based on data received on areas such as number of client facing directors, number of client facing trust officers/managers, total number of staff and fee income. The champagne reception, held at Gallery Different in London, included guests from the leading UK and UK offshore private client firms, such as Grant Thornton, PwC and KPMG. The reception was also attended by members of the PAM Awards Judging Panel and the Top 35 Under 35 and 50 Most Influential Private Client Practitioners winners.
Wendy Marston Events is a specialist event planner, focusing on the organisation of awards programmes and their associated receptions, dinners and meetings, from small roundtable breakfast meetings to gala award dinners. Wendy Marston, founder and director, has been managing the PAM Awards for PAM Insight, the company behind Private Client Practitioner, for over 10 years, and in 2012 took over the organisation of their remaining suite of awards and events.
“It is difficult for many of the Trust Company winners to attend functions in London, as so many of them are offshore – it speaks highly of these initiatives and of PAM Insight that so many make the effort to attend, and we are so pleased to be able to contribute to the success of these awards through the organisation of the celebratory reception,” says Wendy Marston, founder and director.
Gallery Different provided an interesting backdrop, with the exhibition "Solo Exhibitions for Two Masters of Abstraction". This exhibition featured largely unseen works from Denis Bowen, one of the most widely respected British abstract painters from the post war period, and paintings, prints and sculpture from Rafael Canogar, one of the country’s best known contemporary painters and printmakers. Photographs were taken by Simon Hargrave. Catering was provided by Mari Taylor and included marinated tiger prawns with chilli and ginger, English asparagus with hollandaise, baked brioche with fois gras and red chilli jelly and mini scones with strawberry jam and clotted cream. The champagne was Louis Roederer Brut NV. Plaques produced by Awarded2U were later handed out to the winners. Sponsor Close Brothers Asset Management welcomed guests with a brief speech, and an introduction by Ed Hicks, managing director of PAM Insight, the company behind the initiative.
Both the reception and the initiative have received positive feedback.
