HotDocs Achieves Further Success with UK Government's G-Cloud Programme
Edinburgh, UK (PRWEB UK) 30 October 2013 -- HotDocs has been successful in being accepted as a supplier for the UK Government's G-Cloud IV programme - an initiative aimed at delivering fundamental changes in the way that the public sector procures and operates Information and Communications Technology (ICT).
The company was already providing HotDocs Document Services as part of the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) lot of the G-Cloud III programme CloudStore framework. HotDocs Document Services is a cloud based facility that enables the automatic generation of a wide range of documents, from complex legal contracts to human resources documentation.
For G-Cloud IV, in addition to Document Services the company will also be providing HotDocs Cloud Services under the Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) lot. HotDocs Cloud Services offers browser based document generation with a hosted platform and is able to integrate with an other standards-compliant business process application, including workflow of human resources management systems.
In essence, HotDocs document generation software enables the creation of complex documents in a fraction of the time normally spent, whilst greatly reducing risk, increasing compliance, eliminating human error, driving cost efficiencies and vastly decreasing repetition and duplication of effort.
Bryan Bailey, Director of SaaS Products for HotDocs, commented: "The aims of the G-Cloud programme include delivering ICT systems that are flexible and responsive and taking advantage of new technologies to deliver faster business benefits and reduce costs; HotDocs' Document Services and Cloud Services truly tick both of those boxes. We are very much looking forward to working with a range of public sector organisations to help them to increase efficiency, reduce costs and minimise risk."
